Take the plunge, join the costume contest, and help support lifesaving swim instruction in our community.
Join swimmers from across Central Florida for a memorable community swim, costume contest, s’mores, fellowship, and a great local cause. Participants may arrive in costume or simply come ready to swim.
Participation is limited to 100 swimmers.
Event Details
This swim is for confident open-water swimmers comfortable swimming 1 kilometer in the dark.

- What to bring
- Your swim gear and costume. Wetsuits, pull buoys and kickboards allowed if you bring them — no fins or hand paddles. Spectators welcome if they carpool with you.
Swimming for a Safer Community
This event is about more than having fun in the water. Proceeds support Step Into Swim programming through the Rosen Aquatic Center, helping expand access to swim instruction and water-safety education in Orlando communities.
